Setup charge: $35 (G)  If you want the boxes imprinted with your logo or message, please send your logo or imprint wanted  - in a vector format to lynette@thecardiacbear.com  
We will add on the $35. imprint charge to your invoice. 
If you do not have the logo in a vector format, we can do it for you for an additional $20 charge.  This would be yours to use on any other product that is ours or anyone elses.  It's yours to use as needed.
