Unlike normal cotton cloth pillows that hospitals give that haven't found us yet, our pillows are surface washable so that when the pillow falls on the floor in the hospital (which it will!), it can be easily wiped down with the sani-wipes that nurses use, soap and water, and even straight Clorox!  It will not even affect the color of the vinyl - whether it is red or white, nor will it affect the imprint we put on each pillow.
