Maybe they are experiencing severe anxiety and to just have a bear like this to hold and be comforted by, you would be surprised how helpful this is.    Our bear is 17" tall from head to toe is not only soft but SOOO cute!   This bear is also weighted to give some "substantial-ness" to him that helps calm down those with anxiety. Our bear with this outfit can be as a weighted bear or without the weight added.  The original unweighted bear is only 1 pound in weight, so if someone needs him as a support for having had heart surgery, it's perfect without the added weight.  If someone needs a bear for the purpose of relieving anxiety, the symptoms of ADHD or Aspergers', the bear being weighted seems to help the most.
Actually if you look at our other bears with different sayings, weight can be added to those bears as well.  This is a new designed shirt by yours truly and I did this one at the request of an organization that helps those with sensory issues, so my husband and I thought it would be a great addition to our Etsy site.
Our bears are completely machine washable and dryable!
